DELETED: 2019-20 La Roca Winter League Session 2

Thank you for registering your team for the La Roca 2020-21 Winter League Session 2.

 Follow the steps below to complete your registration: 

1. In the left column, login with your UYSA/Affinity username and password (make sure Fall/Spring 2020-2021 is selected).

2. Click on New Application tab at the top.

3. From the drop down menu, select La Roca 2020-2021 Winter League Session 2, and click Select.

4. Complete Team Information page, including Team Gender, Playing Age Group and Preferred Flight. Click Save.

5. Complete Contact Information page, and click Save Contact. (If Team Contacts information is correct on left side, click Continue.) To ensure your team receives timely notifications about the league, confirm that information for all team contacts is correct.

6. Add any pertinent information, such as schedule requests, in the Add Comments Window; click Add Comments, then click Continue.

7. Click Submit Application. Your application is not submitted until you click this button.

8. Complete the payment page by choosing the method of payment (checks are accepted). There is a $5 convenience fee for e-check and a 3.1% fee for credit card payment.

9. Click Submit Payment.

10. Upon completion, the team contacts will receive an email notification that the application has been submitted. Teams will be notified of their acceptance into the league, at which time, payment will be processed. If you are paying by check, please bring a check payable to La Roca FC to your first game.

 

To complete the registration, all required information must be entered, including payment method.
